Send XML Data to BW - change XML format

Heelo!

I try setup load xml to BW according next doc

XML with data doesn`t correspond to structure XML template in BW which used to load data to BW.

For example structure template in BW contain tag

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"></SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

but upload file from foreign system (not SAP) doesn't contain that tag etc.

1. Where I can see XML template for BW data load?

2. Can template XML for BW data load be changed?
