Standard report to delimit/ create S to P relationship

Hi Guru,

Do we have any standard report which maintains S to P -  A008 relationship , eg: Employees are on contract id now  C2H is to be done for the same employee with same postion but with New core emp id, so here the emp id with contract position is to be delimited and then mapped with new emp id? how to proceed with standard report. No LSMW
