BEX Query Issue

Hello, I have a query about BEX front-end.

I am bringing in 0MAT_ST_LOC and 0PLANT in to my query.

I have a requirement that if 0MAT_ST_LOC is for example : 190 then do not show certain plants like 258 and 876.

Plant is a compounding object for 0MAT_ST_LOC.  I just need to find out somehow how to block like this: 190/258 AND 190/876.  but where can I do this in Query designer?

Can some one tell me how to not show those plants please?
