Our scope of the SAP ByDesign HR we want to use Self Service where employees can do maintenance of their contact details.
However through the "on behalf of" option a manager can see and update the same fields that we want the employee to be able to maintain.
This fails our Data Security requirements.
The requirement is for the employee to be able to maintain his/her own data but for the manager not to have either view or amend ability.
In screen adaptation I understated that links can not be hidden but can one remove the "Services on Behalf" from the Common tasks in "Managing My Area"?
Any practical idea is welcome as we desire to roll out "Self Service" mid March
