SBO-Mailer is Disable and Service in Starting mode

Dear All ,

We are facing problem in SAP Mail Service, So we are not able to send the Mails from SAP.

1) Earlier it was working fine from last 6 months

2) From last two days it is not working

3) When I see the Licence Manager SBO-Mailer , all the icons are Disabled

4) also I've checked Local service there also I am not able to start the Service

any help would be appreciable
