Error when activating Semantically Partitioned Object

Hi,

when I try to transport a SPO from Dev to Q I get following error:

Start of the after-import method RS_LPOA_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) LPOA ( )

Runtime Lock: Activity ACTIVATE_SPO, Object DATATARGET ZAP_D303

Unable to lock the semantically partitioned object

Error when activating Semantically Partitioned Object ZAP_D3

Even if I try to activate the SPO manually on Q system the same error appers. Deletion is also not possible.

I have searched in SM12 and some other tables related to SPO, but couldn't find anything.

Also implemented SAP Notes 1993091 and 2023358 couldn't solve the problem.

Any ideas what I could do to activate this SPO?
