1 Order type for Multiple BOM and Continous Issue and Receipt of (By-Product)

Dear Gurus,

I cam across with a very difficult scenario from Client asking 1 Order type for below Process

There are 2 Phases to get a Semi-Finished Product.

3 Raw materials are put in a reactor to get the Semi-Finished material. But in conjugation of that, 2 More Products are getting produced, Lower Fraction(LF) and Residue(RS)

So, Raw materials are Acid+TC+Catalyst= MF( Main Fraction)

And when MF is formed, again LF and RS is produced. So they again reissue the LF and RS to form MF and again some portion of LF and RS is Produced.

LF+RS=MF

Client wants to make a 1 Order Type for this scenario

Can you please help me how to proceed to make BOM and 1 Order type to contain this?
