Unable to see Manage Rules having more than 100 rules

Dear Experts,

We have tried to edit one webi reports alerter (Rules), and that report have more than 100 rules, so while try to edit or see Manager rules but we don't see and also there is no scroll or down arrow button to see all 100 rules or Manager Rules option.

So this is bug or issue with Java version or how will fix this. We have tried both BI Launchpad and Webi Rich client but no success.

Platform:

SAP BI4.1 SP02

JRE 1.6 update 45
