Upgrade from DS 3.2 to 4.1

Hi Experts,

Could you please advise on steps to be planned before upgrading DS3.2 to DS 4.1. I will be be installing DS 4.1 on a fresh virtual and then migrate contents from older version.

I have 3 environments with a total of 40 local repositories and 2 central repository. There are server groups and schedules pointing to these server groups.

I also have a 25  users in each environment.
