Hi All,
In Change Customer XD02 and Display Customer XD03 we made changes in Personas to delete fields we did not need and so on and that is awesome, BUT if you do not have a "contact person" assigned when you set up the customer in XD01 that whole field does not appear in XD03 leaving a big blank spot which I can deal with unless someone has a better idea. My issue is that I added myself as the contact person for a customer to test this fact and now I can not delete me out of the contact person area at all.
Any clues on how to do this? It would seem strange that you could not simply delete someone if needed.
